TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • A deposit of 50% is required on all orders that exceed $100.00.  The remaining amount due is to be paid in full 7 days prior to booking. 

 

  • Relishd do not offer refunds; however, we do allow date changes if notified 1 week or more in advance.  

 

  • In the event of a cancellation any deposit will be forfeited. If the full amount has been paid and it is more than 7 days before the event, a 50% credit note will be issued. 

 

  • Cancellation within 5 days of Booking date – 100% of the booking is fortified.  

 

  • Postponed/Date and time - Based on availably, all changes require a min 7 days’ notice prior to event.   If there is no availability for the requested change date a credit will be issued to be used within a 6-month period. 

 

  • Relish’d shall not be liable to the Client for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or cancellation of the event that is due to circumstances beyond the control of Relishd, including but not limited to fire, floods, government action or order and inclement weather. 

 

  • All property of Relish’d must be wiped clean and ready for pick up the following day at a time convenient for both parties. 

 

  • Our produce is prepared to the highest quality standards and is always prepared with the highest food safety practices. Upon delivery, customers accept responsibility to maintain food safety practices.  Relish’d cannot accept any responsibility for the produce beyond this point. 

 

  • Allergy Disclaimer: While we do our best to maintain an exceptional high standard of cleanliness in lur kitchen, our products may meet or contain foods containing wheat, gluten, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sulphites, and sesame. Please inform relishd of any allergies that are present upon ordering.
